We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. For after-hours health concerns, please call HealthLink BC at 8-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency department for urgent matters.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate same-day and urgent appointments. Please call our office in the morning for same-day availability.
Most medical visits are covered by the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) with a valid BC Care Card. Some services such as uninsured procedures, forms, or cosmetic treatments may have additional fees. Please ask our staff for details.
Please bring your BC Care Card (or provincial health card), a photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or imaging from previous providers.
Yes. Our televisits are telephone appointments — your physician calls you at your scheduled time. They suit follow-ups, prescription refills, results reviews, and non-emergency concerns that don’t need an exam. Televisits can be booked online alongside in-office visits; your physician will let you know if an in-person assessment is needed.
