We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. For after-hours health concerns, please call HealthLink BC at 8-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency department for urgent matters.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate same-day and urgent appointments. Please call our office in the morning for same-day availability.
Most medical visits are covered by the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) with a valid BC Care Card. Some services such as uninsured procedures, forms, or cosmetic treatments may have additional fees. Please ask our staff for details.
Please bring your BC Care Card (or provincial health card), a photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or imaging from previous providers.
Yes, we offer phone and video consultations for many types of visits including follow-ups, prescription refills, and non-emergency health concerns. Ask when booking if your visit is eligible for virtual care.
